RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Email productsupport@------ for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and Return Address. Defective items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with RMA Number and Order Number.

0. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized representative (Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused). Email productsupport@---- to retrieve an RMA Number.
0. At our discretion, all non-defective returns may be assessed a starting minimum of a 15% restocking fee, or more depending on product Manufacturer. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
0. Non-defective products will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
0. Product can be returned within 10 days of sale.
0. All returns must be returned postage paid regardless of reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without shipping or handing charges to the customer.
0. Special orders or specific Manufacturer products may not be returned to us upon Manufacturer request, but instead the return must be handled through the Manufacturer.
0. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of sale, regardless of reason.
